Colibri

Categories: [Americas]  [Animal]  [Costa Rica]
This Green Violetear is a hummingbird of the genus Colibri. Those live in Central America and feed from nectar.
Hummingbirds are quite difficult to shoot while flying, as they are quick and their path is not predictable! Thus you can imagine my relief when this one decided to have a break and to rest on this grass!
