Visitors on place Vendome

These strange characters decided to visit Paris. They first stopped on the "Place Vendôme", a square renown for hosting deluxe hotels such as the Ritz.
On top of the column, which bronze plates where made of the canons captured at the battle of Austerlitz, lies a statue of Napoleon. Because of the radical political swings during the 19th century, it was pulled down then re-erected twice, proving that the turbulent Parisian are not easily governed.
